Clinical research is plagued by paper systems, causing more data errors, trial delays, and more costly trials.
If clinical researchers had one place for their research records, patient tracking, and financial reporting, they would have more time to conduct higher quality research, and easily monitor their bottom line.
Working with the above hypothesis, my role spanned from market research and defining our mission to clarifying our users, explaining their needs, designing solutions, and prioritizing the build of our MVP. As the Subject Matter Expert, I managed our initial sales pipeline, signing our first two clients just in time to also develop in-person training material and fly to Florida while the engineers deployed our first release. As our user base grew, my focus continued to shift toward training, onboarding and support, ultimately taking a more traditional client management role.
