For me, the ideal (and seemingly elusive) frame is one that captures the viewer for at least an extra moment, evoking more questions than answers. I accept the challenge of conveying the story -  the who, why, where, what, and how  -  in a shot that will be understood instantly, leaving space for the viewer to be enticed into filling in the details with their imagination.

But when I'm in a new culture, my camera simply becomes a tool to channel my enthusiasm, so others can see what I see.
